SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary depending on item/s purchased and customer location. A shipment notification will be sent to you via email with tracking. All items at Vessal Studios can be shipped worldwide.

DELAYS AND DAMAGES

We are not responsible for delayed packages and some international orders may experience customs delays which we have no control over.

Domestic items require signature on delivery and while we do our best to ensure safe delivery of your order, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery in good order.

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within two days of receipt of goods for replacement, repair or refund. Please contact us at hello@vessalstudios.com.au for instruction on how to process the return.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders outside Australia and New Zealand, taxes and duties may be applied by the customs authorities of your country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.
